Pilgrimages to Medjugorje – one week duration, with weekly flights from Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Knock or Shannon
Sample Pilgrimage Itinerary
Saturday – Depart Ireland for Dubrovnik or Mostar where you will be met by your representative and transferred to Medjugorje.
Sunday – Mass, introductory talk and tour of the Shrine.
Monday – Morning meeting with one of the Visionaries followed by mass and a talk from a local Franciscan priest. Climb the hill of the Apparitions for a time of prayer.
Tuesday – Climb Cross Mountain for the ‘Way of the Cross’. Optional visit to Fr. Jozo’s parish. Fr. Jozo was parish priest in Medjugorje at the time of the first Apparition.
Wednesday – Mass followed by meeting with one of the Visionaries. Afternoon visit to a community for recovering alcoholics and drug addicts.
Thursday – Meeting in the Community of the Oasis of Peace followed by mass. Optional trips to Humac or Tihalinja.
Friday – Morning meeting with one of the Visionaries. Afternoon walk to the Blue Cross, a place of many of the apparitions.
Saturday – Depart after breakfast for return flight to Ireland.
Each evening Rosary in the parish church is followed by mass in Croatian, blessing, prayers for healing and the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary. The Apparition takes place nightly at 6.40pm; this is usually marked by a short silence. Please note that meetings with the Visionaries are subject to availability.
7 day Pilgrimage Includes the following:
