Budva & Becici

Budva is one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic Coast (more than 2000 years old) and the Mediterranean city is encircled by medieval city walls.

Hidden behind are a fascinating network of cobbled narrow streets and open squares with churches, galleries, cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Enjoy the beauty of the mountain scenery and sandy beaches and the lively atmosphere in the Old Town.

Boasting some of the best sandy beaches in the region, Becici is just south (3km) of Budva. Along the beach, there are shops and cafes as well as a walk way to Budva, which is also linked by private bus and tourist train.

EATING AND DRINKING
 There are plenty of restaurants offering international cuisine as well as local produce, most importantly sea food specialties, smoked ham or the traditional sweets. Local wines are worth trying.

NIGHTLIFE
There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in Old Town Budva and Becici Promenade. When the outdoor cafes close around 1am, clients who want to keep party can move to some of the nightclubs.

SHOPPING
You can find high street brands in Budva Old Town. Furthermore, along the promenade, there are plenty of stalls with souvenirs, local produce and cheap clothing and complements.

ACTIVITIES
There are water sports by the beach, historic sites to see, possibility of day trips and get to know more of this beautiful small country.
