Island of Lopud
Small and unspoilt Lopud island, bathed in warm sunshine with cypress, lemon, orange, pine and palm trees is the one of the recent additions to our Croatia programme. It is one of the seven islands of the Elafiti archipelago, in the vicinity of Dubrovnik (7km) to which is connected by regular ferry. The village offers numerous remains of medieval architecture in form of churchs, manors and fortifications and is located at the large beach in the bay of Lopud.
The shallow waters and the impressive sandy beach at Bay of Sunj are ideal for children and water sports and can be reached on foot (30 mins), golf car* (5 mins) or boat.
Approx journey from Dubrovnik airport: 2 hours (bus & boat)
